SERVICES / DEVOPS

Release with confidence

We help you make every change reviewed, tested, traceable and reversible.

If a release needs a weekend, a war room and the one person who knows the steps, it is a risk, not a routine. We build delivery pipelines, infrastructure as code and observability that work the same way on AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud, so shipping a change becomes ordinary.

What we do

  • CI/CD pipelines

Build, test and deploy pipelines with approvals where your controls require them, on GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps or GitLab CI.

    • Peer review and automated tests on every change
    • Approval gates for production
    • A change history for every release
  • Infrastructure as code

Environments defined in Terraform and rebuilt from code, so dev, test and production stay consistent.

    • Reusable modules
    • Policy checks before apply
    • Drift detection
  • Container platforms

Kubernetes on Amazon EKS, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) or Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), where containers earn their place.

    • Cluster baselines and access controls
    • Standard deployment patterns
    • Upgrade runbooks
  • Observability

Metrics, logs and traces with Prometheus and Grafana or your cloud’s native tools, and alerts tied to what users experience.

    • Service-level dashboards
    • Alerts with owners and runbooks
    • Release markers on every chart

Our solutions

Replace manual or fragile release steps with pipelines your team can read and change.

  • Current release process mapped
  • Pipelines defined as code
  • Rollback tested, not assumed

How it runs

  1. Blueprint

A short first engagement: we trace how a change reaches production today and agree what good looks like.

  2. Baseline

Pipelines, infrastructure as code and observability set up for one service end to end.

  3. Roll out

The pattern extended service by service, with your engineers building alongside us.

  4. Hand over

Templates, runbooks and documentation your platform team owns and extends.

What you get

  • Pipelines and infrastructure defined as code in your repositories
  • Tested rollback for every deployment path
  • Dashboards and alerts with named owners
  • An exportable change history for audit
  • Runbooks and templates your team owns

Questions we get asked

Which CI/CD tools do you use?

GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps and GitLab CI are the most common. We work with what you have unless there is a clear reason to change.

Do we need Kubernetes?

Not always. Managed app services or serverless are often simpler. We recommend Kubernetes only where the workloads justify the extra moving parts.

Can this work across more than one cloud?

Yes. Terraform and a common pipeline pattern let you run consistent delivery on AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud.
