APPLIED AI / AI GOVERNANCE
AI your compliance team approves
We design the controls that let AI reach production: clear data boundaries, human oversight and a record of every decision.
AI projects stall when nobody can say what data a model touches, who approved its output or how to turn it off. We put data boundaries, audit trails, evaluation and policy controls in place, so the compliance team signs off rather than shuts it down. Designs aligned to EU AI Act risk tiers, ISO/IEC 42001 and the NIST AI RMF — alignment, not certification.
What we do
Risk classification
An inventory of your AI use cases, assessed against EU AI Act risk tiers and your own risk appetite.
Framework alignment
Policies and controls mapped to ISO/IEC 42001 and the NIST AI RMF. We help you align; we do not certify.
Human oversight
Approval points designed where liability sits with a person, with the authority to override or stop the system.
Logging and evaluation
Audit logs of inputs, outputs and approvals, and evaluation against targets before go-live and after each change.
Our solutions
The policies, roles and inventory you need before AI use grows.
- AI use-case inventory
- Acceptable-use and data policies
- Roles and approval paths
Governance built into each system, not added after.
- Data boundaries and access scoping
- Human approval gates
- Audit logging and retention
Evidence that controls keep working once systems are live.
- Monitoring and incident handling
- Regression evaluation on change
- Periodic control reviews
How it runs
Inventory
We list where AI is used or planned, what data it touches and who owns it.
Assess
Each use case is classified by risk and mapped to the frameworks you need to align with.
Implement
Policies, approval gates, logging and evaluation put in place, system by system.
Assure
Monitoring, incident handling and periodic reviews keep the controls current.
What you get
- An AI use-case inventory with risk classifications.
- A control map against EU AI Act risk tiers, ISO/IEC 42001 and the NIST AI RMF.
- Policies and approval paths your teams can follow.
- Logging and evaluation built into each system.
- Evidence packs your compliance and audit teams can review.
Questions
Does this give us a certification?
No. We help you align with ISO/IEC 42001, the NIST AI RMF and EU AI Act requirements. Certification, where you want it, is carried out by an accredited body.
Do you provide legal advice?
No. We work alongside your legal and compliance teams and put the technical and operational controls in place.
Will governance slow our projects down?
Governance designed in from the start is usually what lets a project reach production, because the sign-off questions are answered before they are asked.
